4.After-Sales Service

After the contract comes into effect, we will promptly inform the customer of the equipment order status within the agreed timeline, and provide all necessary documentation for product installation and pre-installation requirements, including site preparation, power supply, gas supply, and grounding.


  1. Based on the equipment delivery schedule and site readiness, a detailed plan will be developed for installation, commissioning, and personnel training.

  1. Upon arrival of the equipment, we will immediately notify the customer and installation team, and carry out installation, commissioning, and training in accordance with the project plan.

  1. Warranty Policy:
  • Standard warranty: 1 year
  • Lifetime technical support
  • Warranty period starts from the date of acceptance signing
  • During the warranty period, maintenance services are provided free of charge (excluding travel and accommodation expenses)
  • Equipment downtime caused by faults during the warranty period will extend the warranty accordingly
  • Guaranteed equipment uptime: ≥ 95% (excluding official holidays)

  1. During the warranty period, all faults caused under normal operation conditions will be repaired by the manufacturer.
  • Response time: within 24 hours
  • Timely restoration of equipment operation is ensured

5.Training Plan

1. Training for Medical Staff

The company is responsible for the installation, inspection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the equipment. During the on-site acceptance process, intensive training will be provided to medical staff to ensure they are fully proficient in operating the system.

The training includes:

  • Introduction to system functions
  • Operation manual and workflow guidance
  • Proper daily maintenance procedures
  • Safe and efficient operation of the equipment

2. Training for Technical / Service Personnel

Technical staff will be authorized to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and to communicate with the manufacturer in case of system faults.

The training includes, but is not limited to:

  • Understanding system functions
  • Operation manual, routine inspection, and maintenance procedures
  • Proper equipment care
  • Troubleshooting of minor faults and downtime
  • Calibration methods and requirements
  • Equipment safety testing
  • Risk management and reliability control
  • Safe and efficient system operation
